What is a Licaps® capsule?

Omega-3 fatty acids are sensitive to air exposure — they oxidize easily, which can damage their valuable structure and reduce their effectiveness.

Licaps® technology is designed to maintain the stability of the contents. Air contact is avoided to ensure that the active ingredients in the product remain intact throughout the entire production and consumption period. While a softgel product begins to oxidize from the time of manufacture, oxidation does not occur with Licaps® technology.

Softgel capsules (the soft capsules that can be easily squeezed between the fingers) are permeable to air, which can cause the omega-3 fatty acids inside to oxidize and spoil.

The fish oil used in our product comes from the most reliable companies in Europe. The fish oil is tested and certified by IFFO (The Marine Ingredients Organisation), recognized as the authority for fish oil standardization in Europe.
