SHIPPING & DELIVERY
We charge a flat shipping and handling fee of 7.90 € for all countries. This fee will also be shown on your invoice.
For orders of 100.00 € or more, shipping is free of charge.

We generally ship with DHL Standard. Your order usually arrives within 2–3 business days. Express delivery is currently not available.
For deliveries to Switzerland and the United Kingdom, shipping is handled via UPS.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT DHL DELIVERY TO AN AGREED DROP-OFF LOCATION

If you have specified a drop-off location with DHL or selected one for a particular shipment, your parcel may be delivered there. The agreement regarding the drop-off location is made directly between you and DHL. As the sender, we have no influence over where your parcel is left.

Once DHL has properly delivered the shipment to the agreed drop-off location, DHL's liability for any subsequent loss or damage is generally excluded.

If the tracking information shows that your parcel has been delivered to a drop-off location but you are unable to find it there, please contact DHL directly. You are, of course, also welcome to inform us; we will be happy to assist you with further clarification wherever possible.

If the shipment status does not change for an extended period, this may be due to delays within DHL's logistics process. If the status has remained unchanged for more than 5 working days, an official investigation can be initiated with DHL. Once this period has elapsed, we will be happy to assist you with the process.
