Turmeric extracts produced using Novasol® technology can oxidize upon contact with air, leading to degradation of their structure.
Soft-gel capsules (capsules that are soft when pressed between two fingers) are permeable to air, which allows Novasol® turmeric extracts to oxidize and deteriorate inside.
The Licaps® technology we use is designed to preserve ingredient stability. To prevent the active compounds in the product from degrading between production and consumption, contact with air is eliminated. While a softgel product may begin to oxidize during production, the Licaps® technology prevents oxidation entirely, keeping the product stable.
