L-Methionine Sulfate (L-OptiZinc®) is a patented zinc extract. Each capsule contains 15 mg of AL-OptiZinc®.
OptiZinc is an extract that combines zinc with methionine, an amino acid. Thanks to this amino acid, zinc is more efficiently transported to the cells. This allows for better absorption and longer retention in the body compared to other forms of zinc. OptiZinc has higher bioavailability than other forms of zinc.
